We’re Hiring

We are thrilled to share that Early Impact Virginia is continuing to realize our commitment to systems coordination, understanding and responding to community needs, and thoughtfully integrating lived experience with a new position designed to support this work!

Please be sure to check out the Community Engagement Manager position description on CF Engage and share with anyone in your network who might be a great fit.

“This exciting role is aligned with EIV’s commitment to building the capacity of home visiting programs to meet the evolving needs of families and increasing access and coordination across the continuum of maternal, child, and family resources available in the Commonwealth. We’re looking to find a new team member who is eager to work closely with communities, referral networks, maternal and child health and early childhood programs, and identify opportunities to align activities, amplify impact, and innovate how we collectively serve families.”

Jamara Knight, EIV Director of Strategic Initiatives

What might this look like? It’s true that it takes a village! Home visitors, community health workers, early interventionists, doulas, and other family support professionals all play a critical role helping moms, dads, babies, and families to thrive. This person will be a bridge builder, further strengthening systems for families and communities.
