What is Home Visiting?
Early childhood home visiting is a free program where trained professionals come directly to you! Home visitors provide personalized pregnancy and parenting support, connect you with the resources you want and need for your family, and even check-in on developmental milestones to make sure your baby is on track. Most of all, home visitors are there to support you and empower you throughout your parenting journey!
Parenting can be tough! Babies don’t come with an instruction manual and just as soon as you master one thing, your family needs change. For as long as babies have been born, parents have needed support—whether from family, community, doctors and nurses, church—we need one another! That’s what home visiting is all about. Being there for you and your family—how and when you want a listening ear, a cheerleader, a coach or a friend.
