The 2025 Virginia Home Visiting Conference is a gathering dedicated to reshaping the future of maternal and child health and well-being in Virginia.

This year, we will bring together professionals from across the maternal and child health ecosystem - including healthcare providers, educators, policymakers, and community advocates. Together, we aim to advance health equity, amplify underrepresented voices, and create actionable solutions to improve outcomes for families.

Through storytelling, collaborative sessions, and knowledge-sharing, we’ll elevate lived experiences and co-create systems that are inclusive, responsive, sustainable, and equitable.
