Early Impact Virginia’s 2026 Insights to Impact is a one-day gathering focused on leadership insight, assessment, and growth within Virginia’s early childhood home visiting system.
Designed for early childhood home visiting leaders (program directors, managers, and supervisors), the Summit brings together professionals from across the Commonwealth to engage in reflection, advanced learning, and peer connection. Attendees will gain insight into their leadership strengths, explore shared challenges, and strengthen relationships to support their work and expand their impact.

The 2026 Home Visiting Leadership Summit is a gathering dedicated to strengthening early childhood home visiting and advancing collaborative impact across Virginia.
This Summit will bring together early childhood leaders (program directors, managers, and supervisors) to engage in reflection, assessment, and advanced learning. Participants will gain deeper insight into their leadership strengths, explore shared challenges, and connect with peers navigating similar roles and responsibilities.
Through facilitated learning, interactive activities, and guided discussion, attendees will build leadership capacity, strengthen decision-making, and leave with practical strategies to support their teams, organizations, and the systems they influence.
Registration is $150/person (director, supervisor, program manager).
