Applications Are In! What’s Next for the MIECHV RFA?

The Virginia Department of Health’s Office of Family Health Services closed its Request for Applications (RFA) for the Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) project on May 28, 2026. Thank you to all organizations that submitted applications to further strengthen support for children and families across the Commonwealth.

As the application review process moves forward, VDH has shared the remaining timeline and key milestones for applicants. Please see the timeline below for important dates and next steps in the award process.
