2026 MIECHV Request for Applications

What is MIECHV?

The Maternal Infant and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) grant is a federal project funded by Health Resources Services Administration (HRSA). The purpose of the MIECHV program is to fund high quality evidenced based home visiting programs that provide education, screening, and support to families who reside in the identified at-risk communities. The education, screening, and support provided helps to yield better outcomes in maternal and infant health, reduces child maltreatment, and promotes school readiness. It also helps to support improved birth outcomes and healthy child development while strengthening families’ self-sufficiency.
